Pours & Provisions is our take on the classic tasting - slow, thoughtful, and rooted in flavor. Spend an hour with the Matchbook team tasting your way through a flight of our spirits, paired with a seasonal cheese and meat board. Ask questions. Smell what’s fermenting. Learn how it all comes to life. It’s not a tour. It’s a conversation with your palate, with the stills, and with the people behind the bottle. Your reservation includes: – A welcome cocktail – Cheese + meat board – A flight of 4 Matchbook spirits of your choice – Guided distillery walkthrough – 10% off all bottles purchased that day $50 per person / 21+ only Saturdays by reservation Tastings available at 3pm and 5pm Groups of 1–6 guests welcome

All bookings at Matchbook are non-refundable. We’re happy to help you reschedule your experience for a later date if needed. Please note that reservations, as well as any changes to your booking, must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
