Ingredients:
1.5 oz Daytrip Strawberry Amaro
0.5 oz Lemon
1 Strawberry, quartered
2 Basil leaves

Method:
Muddle the basil and berries in the highball glass, pressing them lightly.
Add Daytrip Strawberry Amaro and lemon, then fill the glass halfway with ice.
Use a swizzle stick or bar spoon to swizzle the drink, chilling and mixing gently.
Top with more crushed ice to fill the glass and garnish with a basil sprig.
Crushed ice can be made by placing ice cubes inside a clean towel and smashing them with a hammer or wooden mallet. Alternatively, you can individually crack cubes using an ice tapper or the back of a bar spoon.

Method
Build ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Flamingo Riviera Mango Chili Liqueur
1 oz Tequila
0.5 oz Lime juice
Whole egg
Soda water
Garnish: Chili powder & dehydrated mango slice

Method:
Add egg, Flamingo Riviera, tequila, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
Vigorously dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds.
Add 1-2 ice cubes, and shake again until the shaker is quite cold.
Fill a highball glass halfway with ice, then strain the cocktail into the glass.
Top with soda water to fill the glass completely.

Club soda, chilled, to top
Method
Add the gin, simple syrup, heavy cream, lemon and lime juices, orange flower water and egg white into a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously for about 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake for at least 15 seconds, until well-chilled.
Strain into a Collins glass.
Pour a little bit of club soda back and forth between the empty halves of the shaker tins to pick up any residual cream and egg white, then use that to top the drink.

Method:
Add Farewell ≠ Goodbye: Lemon Sec, bourbon, simple syrup, and mint leaves to your julep cup.
Lightly press the mint leaves a few times with a muddler, gently releasing the oils.
Top with crushed ice and swizzle briefly with a bar spoon to agitate.
Add more crushed ice to fill the cup, then dash the Peychaud’s bitters on top of the ice.
