Ingredients:
1 oz Late Embers Sunchoke Spirit
1 oz Mezcal
1 oz Bitter Blanc Aperitivo (Salers, Suze, or Cocchi Americano)
3 dashes Orange Bitters
Garnish:
Orange Peel
Glass:
Highball
Method:
Add Late Embers, Mezcal, Bitter Blanc Aperitivo, and Orange Bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir to dilute and chill.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange twist.
