1.5 oz Elsewhere Blood Orange Aperitivo
0.5 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Simple syrup
Sparkling wine
Garnish: Grapefruit coin
Glass: Cocktail coupe
Method:
Add Elsewhere Blood Orange Aperitivo, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Do a short and quick shake with ice.
Strain into a cocktail coupe and top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a grapefruit coin.
