1 oz Daytrip Blueberry Amaro
1 oz Land of Muses Gin or any gin
0.5 oz ginger syrup
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Soda water to finish
Garnish: (optional)
Glass: Collins glass

Method
Add all measured ingredients except soda water to a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and give it a gentle stir.
