Ingredients:
1 oz Late Embers Sunchoke Spirit
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1.5 oz Gin
3 drops saline solution
Garnish: Lemon peel, Olive
Glass: Martini glass or cocktail coupe
Method:
Add Late Embers, Lillet Blanc, gin, and saline solution to a mixing glass.
Stir with ice to dilute and chill.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon peel and an olive.
