0.75 oz Matchbook Distilling Farewell ≠ Goodbye: Lemon Sec
0.5 oz Simple syrup
0.25 oz Lemon juice
Soda water
Garnish: Lemon twist
Glass: Collins glass
Method:
Add Farewell ≠ Goodbye: Lemon Sec, gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail tin with 1 ice cube.
Shake quickly and briefly.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with an expressed lemon twist.
