Ingredients:
1.5 oz Elsewhere Blood Orange Aperitivo
2 oz Soda water
4 oz Sparkling wine
3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Garnish: Grapefruit peel
Glass: Wine glass
Method:
Add a splash of soda water to a wine glass filled with ice.
Add Elsewhere Blood Orange Aperitivo, Peychaud’s bitters, and sparkling wine.
Give a gentle stir and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
