1 oz Matchbook Distilling Farewell ≠ Goodbye: Lemon Sec
1 oz Gin
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1 oz Lemon juice
Splash Absinthe
Garnish: None
Glass: Coupe
Method:
Splash a tiny amount of absinthe into your cocktail coupe and swirl it around to coat the glass. Discard any excess.
Add Farewell ≠ Goodbye: Lemon Sec, gin, Lillet Blanc, and lemon juice to a cocktail tin with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into the prepared cocktail coupe and enjoy.
