Ingredients:
1.5 oz Matchbook Distilling Land of Muses Gin
0.75 oz Matchbook Distilling Garden Variety Elderberry Oolong
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Honey
Garnish: Lemon wheel
Glass: Collins glass
Method:
Add Land of Muses Gin, lemon juice, and honey to a cocktail shaker.
Add 1 cube of ice and shake briefly.
Strain into a Collins glass over crushed ice.*
Top with a float of Garden Variety Elderberry Oolong.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
*To make crushed ice, place ice cubes inside a clean towel and smash with a hammer or wooden mallet. Alternatively, pulse cubes in a blender for a few seconds.
